AI course generator and authoring

How courses are generated, edited, reviewed and published.

What does the AI course generator do?

Upload SOPs, policies or product documents, or describe the course in a prompt, and BlitzLIS drafts a structured course with lessons, examples and quizzes. Your authors refine it in a block editor and your reviewers decide what ships.

Source: AI Studio · Link to this answer

Which source files can the AI course generator use?

PDF, DOCX, PPTX, URLs, SOPs, policies, product documentation, training manuals and transcripts.

Source: AI Studio · Link to this answer

What does the AI generate for a course?

Course title, description, audience, learning objectives, course duration, module structure, lesson sequence, full lessons, examples, action items, knowledge checks, question banks, assessments, lesson summaries, course summaries, image prompts, metadata and tags.

Source: Why BlitzLIS · Feature list · Link to this answer

How does course generation work, step by step?

Six steps take a course from prompt to published: prompt and upload, extract objectives, generate the outline, draft lessons and quizzes, human edit and review, then publish and assign. Behind it, one pipeline handles upload, OCR, a language model, a knowledge graph, learning objectives and a storyboard. Authors see live progress, and a side panel explains each stage.

Source: AI Studio · Link to this answer

Does AI-generated content get published automatically?

No. AI drafts and people decide. Every AI output is editable before publishing, every step is visible to the author, and nothing reaches learners until a reviewer approves it.

Source: AI Studio · Link to this answer

Source: AI Studio · Link to this answer

How does the review and approval workflow work?

The AI assistant inside BlitzLIS, and Ask BlitzLIS, the assistant on this website.

What is CoThink?

CoThink Assistant is the AI assistant in BlitzLIS. It sits beside every learner and author and answers from your content, not the internet. What can CoThink do?

Contextual Q&A, explain simply, summarise, quiz me, reference-backed answers and escalation to an instructor, with tenant controls. One click starts common tasks: create a course, summarise content, generate a quiz, rewrite content, translate, set learning objectives, instructional design, or ask anything. You can ask in plain language, for example “Create a 20-minute induction course”, “Summarise this SOP” or “Translate to German”.

Source: Learner experience · Link to this answer

Yes. Recent conversations are saved, so work continues where it stopped.

Source: Learner experience · Link to this answer

Source: Learner experience · Link to this answer

What does CoThink do in communities?

In communities it summarises threads and drafts FAQs.

Source: Why BlitzLIS · Link to this answer

Does Ask BlitzLIS, the assistant on this website, store my questions?

No. Ask BlitzLIS answers using the content of this website and runs in your browser, so the questions you type are not sent to us or stored by us. If you use the microphone button, your browser converts your speech to text, and some browsers do this through an online service run by the browser maker.

Which industries are covered in the case studies?

  • Manufacturing: about 4,200 users, 10 weeks
  • Retail: about 15,000 users, 12 weeks
  • Oil and gas: about 3,000 users, 16 weeks
  • Technology: about 2,500 users, 8 weeks
  • Financial services: about 2,500 users, 14 weeks
  • Automotive: about 6,000 users, 12 weeks
  • Non-profit: 3,800+ frontline learners, 8 weeks

What does a typical rollout look like?

Every rollout in the case studies was phased, with a pilot before the wider launch. For example, the manufacturing rollout ran 2 weeks of discovery and content audit, 3 weeks of AI course generation and review, a 2-week pilot at one plant, and 3 weeks of rollout across the remaining plants.

Does BlitzLIS work for regulated industries?

The financial services and oil and gas case studies describe it. For the financial services client, the AI governance layer, with mandatory reviewer sign-off and a full, examiner-ready audit trail, was the reason the deal happened. The oil and gas rollout took 16 weeks because regulatory mapping and security validation came first.
